1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HuzzLive ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time and to terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits and Payments

The Platform uses a credit-based system. Credits can be purchased using credit/debit cards or cryptocurrency. Credits are used to pay for per-minute video calls with creators. Credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

Pricing for credit packs is displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment processors (Stripe and OxaPay).

5. Creator Accounts

Creators must apply and be approved before offering services on the Platform. Creators set their own per-minute rates. The Platform retains a platform fee from each call, which is disclosed in the creator dashboard. Creators are responsible for any taxes applicable to their earnings.

Creators must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Content that depicts or involves minors, non-consensual activity, or other illegal content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Record, screenshot, or distribute any video call content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or creators
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any security features
• Share account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the Platform
• Engage in chargebacks or fraudulent payment activity

7. Content and Conduct During Calls

Video calls are private and live. The Platform does not record, store, or monitor the content of video calls. Both parties in a call must be consenting adults. Either party may end a call at any time. Users may report inappropriate behavior using the in-app reporting system.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any remaining credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for any technical issues, including dropped calls or connection problems. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user or creator on the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HuzzLive and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
